I Effe'd up the Spicy Planners!

Nov 01, 2023

I never realised how much work would go into making a planner. It’s a PLANNER!? You just design what you want and then you get a company to print it out?... WRONG.

My assistant Alice and I spent MONTHS making the Spicy creator planners (if you’re not sure what it is, other than the fact it says what it is on the tin), check out the products section of the website, it’s an actual planner! We worked on designs, we had to plan what we really thought needed to go in there. What was helpful to creators? What’s a pain point for people? Where are we getting least supported?

Answers:

What was helpful to creators? - Content ideas, Collab organising pages, Only Fans check lists (Have you posted on IG, TikTok and Twitter today? Have you scheduled this weeks posts and upsells?) CUSTOMS/REQUESTS PAGES - You know, the really shit hot niche stuff that basically changes the whole dynamic of how we work effectively.

What were the pain points? - All of the above and the fact we do not have a planner to support this.

Where are we getting least supported? - In the organisation industry! (and everywhere else). Stationary is a big part of business/running a company, and that’s exactly what we’re doing, so WHY shouldn’t we have the tools to help us to succeed?

But lord, was this fucking long. At one point, Alice spent about 3 hours pressing copy and paste just so we had enough pages for the Daily, weekly and monthly sections - however this is a sore subject and I will get to that LMFAO sorry Alice!

The day comes where I sent off the proof pages to the manufacture I used to print and make these planners. It was a long wait to get a proof copy back. About 1 month later, I receive a package, IT’S THE FIRST COPY OF THE SPICY CREATOR PLANNER!!!! Omg an exciting day!!! This means I can OK the designs with the company and have the big order placed ready to sell them to creators… apart from, there was a problem.

If you’ve gotten this far, you probs want to know what the problem was, check out the Blog after this one, I’ve continued it there (sorry, word count issue).

Love Tay and my first problem planner (which I still have).
