In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the SX website or use of its training and products. even if the SX. 8. Refund Policy
If you're unsatisfied with the course or you've changed your mind, contact us via email within 14 days of purchase ([email protected]), and we will process a full refund. Please ensure you have not completed or viewed more than 10% of the course; otherwise, the refund will not be valid. NOTE THAT ONLY PURCHASES DIRECTLY FROM FTFM qualify for this refund policy.
9. Non-Compete
You cannot compete with the business model of SX to train others for a profit using SX materials for 2 years after becoming a member. This term does not prevent you from using the SX training system to run your online sex work platform, but you cannot sell online training materials and training similar to that of SX. Violation of this term allows SX to obtain necessary restraining orders from a Court of Competent Jurisdiction to stop such unlawful competing.
10. Enforcement
In the event SX must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions, it will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs associated with such recovery.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
12. Relationship of Parties
It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. SX will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.
13. Consent
Upon purchasing a course from SX, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters.
